Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Our commitment is to process every order with the same sense of urgency. We do not charge handling fees. All orders received prior to 1:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday. All orders are shipped with DHL and normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. You can track the status of your consignment yourself via your confirmation Email at any time.
RETURNS POLICY
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This returns policy does not affect Your Statutory Rights.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the defective item for you. Our email is: shop@musclestars4u.de. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including your shipping fee) will be issued.

When applicable, custom duty and local taxes are at the customer's expense.

International Shipping Notes: Final delivery of International packages is handled by the postal service of the recipient's country. On rare occasions, a package may be delayed by customs procedures. We ship with "Deutsche Post (German Post)" and DHL, this includes INSURANCE. Please understand that after a package leaves Germany we have no control as to where it is.
LOST PARCELS
Please allow 7 days from the date of dispatch for your parcel to arrive.
Often the postman has been but not left a 'while you were out' card and the item is at your local post office, but you are welcome to contact me and I will run a trace on the tracking number for you. In the unlikely event that the goods have been lost in the post we will issue a refund and claim on our postal insurance.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchanges are easy:
- We will accept exchanged items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags.
- The item must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Please include the following items in your package back to us:
- A copy of the sales receipt
- A note on your sales receipt or a separate sheet describing what you would like to exchange the enclosed item for.
- The item to be exchanged.
- Mail the package to the address below and we will process your exchange as soon as we receive it. There is no additional charge for shipping the item(s) back to you.
