To place your order online, simply shop www.musclestars4u.de by clicking to the products you're interested in. After adding all your items to your shopping bag, you will then proceed to our website checkout. If you are a returning customer and you have already created your online account, just log in and continue through checkout. If you've never purchased from us before, or you have but chose not to save your information, you will be asked to provide your contact, billing, shipping and payment information.
How do I know if the style I see is in stock?
When you add a style to your shopping bag, you will see a message in your bag advising the availability of that item. Items flaged *** are not available.
Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?
If we (or the manufacturer, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer) have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. If you have just submitted your order online, send an email to shop@musclestars4u.de - Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via email.
When is my order processed?
All orders are processed the same day they are received. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.
Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot process orders with multiple ships to addresses online at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders on our website (one for each delivery address), or email. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and will be offering this functionality on our Website soon!
What is a backorder?
Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 30 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments.

You will recieve a shipping notification email when your order ships, which is typically within 24 hours.
I cannot remember my Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecode password; what can I do?
The 3D secure section is provided by your bank, if you cannot remember your password to this section you will need to contact your bank directly who will be able to re-set this for you.
My card has been declined, why?
If you card is being declined when you are trying to place an order this is due to your bank declining the transaction. We do not decline any transactions and If this occurs please contact your bank directly so they can rectify this for you.
Why isn't my voucher code working?
Voucher codes periodically expire and it may be that you're using an outdated code. Vouchers are not usually redeemable in conjunction with other offers (such as '2 for' deals). Voucher codes are not redeemable during sale periods.
International claims?For all International Claims we must wait 25 working days from the shipment date before DHL will consider the order lost and a claim can be filed. Whilst we do appreciate that when a parcel is delayed or goes missing that it is incredibly frustrating we would like to assure you that we do aim to complete your claim and resolve your order as swiftly as possible after DHL's deadline.
Voucher CodeIf you have a promotional voucher code which entitles you to a discount off your order, you can enter this on the order summary page which is the final page before you place your order. Just enter your code into the discount code box. Any discount that is applicable will then be applied to your order and show as a discount.Two promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one another and if there are two conflicting promotions on any one order you will be asked to select one of these.Please check the conditions of your voucher if it does not appear to work on your order as some have special conditions.
