But in those cases, we would forward such information ourselves on their behalf, therefore guarantying the total confidentiality of our databases.

SHIPMENT, PARCELS & ENVELOPES

Conscious that our clientele appreciates the anonymity of our shipment, we take good care in respecting this wish. Our promotional mailing (flyers, catalogues) is mailed in brown envelopes where only our return address appears. Our mail order packages are wrapped in brown boxes where, there again, only our return address appears.

DHL SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION E-MAIL

We are using DHL software to manage and track any shipment we send. This system allows us to inform our customer through email when a parcel has been shipped with a tracking number. We appreciate your confidence and we put every effort in maintaining our standards.
